At Luxé By DNBL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece we create is made with precision, passion, and care. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’ve created the following refund policy to guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • The wrong item was delivered due to an error on our part.

  • The item was not delivered at all due to a verifiable error from our end or our logistics partner.

We do not offer refunds on the following:

  • Custom or made-to-order garments (including measurements provided by customers).

  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Change of mind or preference after the item has been processed or shipped.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please do the following within 3 days of receiving your order:

 

  1. Email us at info@luxebydnbl.com with the subject line Refund Request – [Order Number].

  2. Include a clear description of the issue and photo evidence showing the item’s condition or error.

  3. Wait for our customer care team to assess and respond within 2–3 business days.

If your request is approved, we’ll initiate the refund process and notify you of the next steps.

3. Return of Items

If a physical return is required:

 

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the refund is due to our error.

  • Returns must be sent to our registered address within 7 days of refund approval.

4. Refund Method and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method. In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered as an alternative.
